  • Sequence from clip sound channels?

So if I have some clips in a timeline with mono audio channels and I choose to nest them the resulting sequence has a mono output, which is what I want. If I select one of those same clips(w/ mono channel)in the Project panel and choose Make Sequence from clip the resulting sequence has a stereo output. How do I change this to get a sequence with a mono output?

    Make the Master Track mono.

Thats what I’m asking. How do you make the master track mono when you choose “New sequence from clip” to make the sequence?

I’m a FCP switcher and in FCP you could change the sequence’s settings after you made the sequence. It seems you can’t do that in PPro. When you select “New item/Sequence” you get the sequence settings dialog box so you can set the master track there, but when you select “New Sequence from Clip” there is no dialog box and the sequence always seems to have a stereo master.

    OK, missed that.
No you cannot change sequence settings however you can make a new one and copy/paste everything from the old one into the new sequence.
