November 17, 2005 at 11:35 pmI have a friend who has nick named it FCA for FINAL CUT AMATURE. Times like these is when we should be using the term FCA.
Also, very fun if you try to pronounce the acronym FCA as a word. 🙂

November 17, 2005 at 11:40 pm[Chris Tomberlin] “plus anybody who has the pro video support should call and pester them in person too.”
Good idea, but please be sure to pester nicely. The folks answering the phones are just doing their jobs and can’t fix it for us. So be nice to them and let them pass along the information and eventually, either through feedback or phone service, maybe the message will get back to the FCP team.

November 29, 2005 at 5:40 amWalter, I just let them hear from me. Hope this helps. This was the first time I upconverted from DVCPRO50 to DVCPRO HD 720p and immediately experienced the problem. I came to the COW and fortunately found your thread.
Thanks.Keep us posted if you hear from Apple on this.
Tim
