  Sending a live DV stream over Firewire

  Hi all,
  I am trying to create a test card using the Philips PM5544 pattern which shows the current time and have that streamed continuously to the computer’s Firewire output in real-time (i.e. with no pre-rendering). Could Vegas or another known program perform such a task? Thanks in advance.
