I have to send a compressed version of a Presentation video – to be presented over a PC / Power Point.
What is the best compression / codec – to insure a high quality, max. compability with any kind of PC and not too big in size?

    Thanx for advice.

WMV. Frame Size and Datarate entirely up to you and what the playback computer can handle.
H.264 .mp4 can be played in WMP12 on Windows 7 and on Vista and XP in Quicktime but there’s no guarantee they’ll have Quicktime installed.
