Selecting Audio Output of Channel 1 or 2 in FCP
On the Sony PMW EX1, can I record with the internal mic on channel 2 and the external mic on channel 1 and then select which one I want to use in Final Cut Pro?

Sure you can simply pan one off and then copy paste attributes to all clips.
