  Selected clips change when I shut down my project and re open

  In desperate need of some help!

  I had to re sync some footage in premiere pro using plural eyes. Once this was completed I imported the clips along with the new sequence into my main PP project. I then gathered the clips I needed and copied from my synced sequence into my main edit sequence. Job done. Or so I thought. When I saved and closed down, then re opened the project the clips had changed to the hand clap at the beginning which had a marker on it.
  Is this a problem with markers that I don’t know about?
  Any ideas?
