    Good morning everyone,

When doing a “paste-event-attribute”, is there a way to be selective about what to paste?

In some cases I may want to past the “cropping” attribute but not the transition, for instance.

Funilly enough I was working on a script the other week to do this. In my instance it was a “replace media” item – where I could copy details of an event and then replace the actual media and some/all of the details(FX / FADES / KEYFRAMES etc) on the existing event and apply to the new one – it shouldn’t take me long to adapt it to a script to copy and paste to events on the timeline….

Mark, when you get this done, you will be a hero to a lot of folks here as this is a feature we’ve been asking Sony for for a very long time!!

VASST Ultimate S Pro already does this (and a ton of other things). Excalibur might too. Just go to the Audio or Video tab of Ultimate S Pro and you can extract attributes from the current event and change and apply them to any number of events with a single click.
