Seems buggy
Hello,
I find speed change is quite buggy. when ever I change the speed I get video Jittery.I checked my option Frame Blending Off. But I see the same stuff. Also what option do I ve to select for Variable or Constant. My source footage is DV.
Do I have to render 8 bit Targa Cine YUV in my seq setting.
Also I got the my other identical FCP G5 2.5, 2.5gb ram. I did not see this problem in tht machine.

You’re seeing interlacing issues. Depending on the speed, FCP does a good or not so good job of speed changes. If you want perfect slo mo, fast speeds or ramped speeds, then Twixtor is the way to go.
