  Seeking hardware encoders that can accelerate 4K (Win10 PPro)

  Anyone have experience using a 4K-capable hardware encoder in a Windows Premiere Pro workflow? Internal or external would be fine. I had a chance to use a Matrox Mini Max for cranking out 1080p files a few months ago and fell in love with it. It was faster, video was very clean and the file sizes were smaller than anything AME or Handbrake QuickSync could spit out.

  I’ve seen the cards on Matrox’s site, but those seem to be geared for live broadcast, not finishing.
  Doesn’t have to work with AME, I’m open to using different. 🙂
