    Hallo everybody,
I can’t dale two viewer when I have two comp opened…
For example, I have a Main comp and a Pre comp with graphics with FX applied. Setting various FX, I’d like to see the global effect in the main Comp, but I can’t make it…
When I select the Pre comp, both viewers display Pre Comp and I can find no way to visualize Main comp viewer…
    Please help!

There’s a little “lock” icon on the viewer in the upper left corner. Click that and the viewer will stop switching comps as you switch in the timeline. You may select any open comp for a locked viewer from the list (located next to the lock icon in the upper left corner after the word “Composition”).

With a viewer panel active, you can press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+N (PC) or Command+Option+Shift+N (Mac) to create a new viewer panel which is locked to the current comp.

See Edit This Look At That (ETLAT) for more.
