See through Text? Expert advice?
Hi
I have imported a solid and a border from Adobe illustrator and want the text to go be see through, sort of like an Alpha channel.
How could I do this both in Illustrator and Photoshop?See the image below- Thanks

make the object white with the parts you want to be transparent black, then change its blending mode to screen, if you do it inverted (black/white) then choose multiply instead.
