    Hello,

I’m working with surveillance video (black and white), and the video is bad quality. It was an avi , and I converted it to an mp4.

I tried a few methods in Vegas 14 such as: sharpen, brightness, contrast etc… without much luck.

If anyone has any tips or ideas, I would really appreciate it.

    Sincerely,

    Lee

I don’t know if there’s much else you can do, you cant add detail that’s not there.
