Security Video Enhancements
One of my clients has given me a security video that I need to “zoom in” about 400% and attempt to get a clean picture out of. Any ideas or plugins to suggest?

Good luck, getting a clean picture at 400% from a security camera. Not everything you see on CSI is real.

a slim chance in hell there. You can look into some Algolith plugins, resize an NTSC frame to HD, and get some temporal processing, sharpening, and noise reduction that may help. But if you can’t make it out in NTSC, you won’t be able to make it out 400% blown up.
