second hand rotating in a clock
I have a clock with a rotating second hand. the hand isn’t going on a normal path and sometimes i have to stop and hold at certain times.
i would like to put some kind of expression in the rotation of the hand that will quantize the movement to increments of 1 degree.
Who doesn’t fall, cannot rise.

i found it, i just rounded the numbers.
