  searching for a web-usable, high quality video format, including alpha-transparencies

  Hellow Cowboys!

  I’m searching for a format and an encoding codec (included in AfterEffects, preferably) that will give me as result a small, high-quality video, including tranparencies, in order to embed it in a Flash-based site.

  Can anybody help me?
