I’ve got a Photoshop image in Final Cut that I’ve applied the Multipy blend mode to. A small seam appears on the edge of the image though making animating it impossible. I’ve tried applying crops, fxs and feathers to it but nothing does the trick, the seam follows whatever soloution I apply. Anyone else encounter this? Thanks in advance.

Do you see this seam externally on video monitor?

Yes, it displays in the broadcast monitor as well. It is like a thin double line that always the size of the bounding box.

Post more about the image. It’s size, file type… have you tried a different file type other than the one you’re using now? Maybe a tiff, pict, photoshop file, png etc… might work better. Matching the size of your video might also help if you’re resizing it a ton in FCP.

The image itself is PSD file at 360×540 with no alpha channel, just a press photo against white. Simply changing the image format to a Tif or Tga did the trick. Having an oversized psd file would I suppose also work. Thanks for all the advice.
