SE crashing on startup
Just purchased Particleillusion SE (“PI SE” – Academic), program installed fine – but would not open – crashes on startup (“The application particleillusion has quit unexpectedly….”) Does it every time. I’m on a Mac G4 desktop, dual 1.25 processors, running OS 10.3.9.
I reset my computers PRAM on restart, then started PI SE and it started fine, but once I quit the program and tried to open up again – instant crash, can’t open it. Unless I restart computer and reset PRAM, which should not be necessary every time I want to start the program.
The demo ran fine – never crashed.
Anything…?

There are 2 demo versions for mac – it looks as though I may have downloaded the 2.0.1 version (I dumped it before I installed my purchased version 2.0.3.1). Perhaps I need that older version?
FYI: both demos run fine on my work computer: G5 (Imac) 1.8 processor, running OS 10.4.1.
