SDV to HD Cam
Hi,
Need some clarification, please. I shot a project in SD on my Canon XL2, edited it in SD on Vegas Pro 8. The client would now like a copy on “HD Cam”. I know this would be trying to convert the SD project to HD Cam (which is different from HDV?)Is this conversion possible? Is it something I can do through Vegas Pro? Maybe someone could point me toward a good SD-HDV-HDCam tutorial?

I am also new, and would like to know how I can convert DV footage to HD. I see Boris has a plug-in (UpRez) for Avid, but does anyone make a plug-in of this sort for Vegas, or is there a stand-alone DV-to-HD converter?
Thank you for your help.Dell Precision 380, Pentium D 3.0 GHz, Dual core capable, HT non-capable, 4GB RAM, C:RAID 0, D:RAID 1, 375W Power Supply, Palit GeForce 8600 GT Super +1 GB. Vegas 8.0c, looking maybe to upgrade to Avid MC 3.0.
