    SDI A & B on MultiBridge Extreme

    We have several Black Magic Multibridge Extreme units here and had noticed there is an SDI Input A & B as well as an Output A & B.

    What are these for?

    Can you have 2 different SDI inputs connected and switch between them in the preferences?(I’ve never seen a setting for this)

    Hi Steve,

    Input B the second link of a dual link HD-SDI connection for use with the HDCAM-SR while capturing 4:4:4 RGB 10-bit HD. It cannot be used as a separate SDI input.

    Hi Kristian,

    I’m having a similar problem – is there any way you can capture Full HD from two individual sources at the same time using the MultiBridge?
    (I’m using the MultiBridge Pro)
