Have we ever ascertained who makes reliable Cards and Adapters? I have some from Hoodman and am presently evaluating the 32Gb, class 10 kit.

Upate to latest firmware and many SDHC cards become more reliable.
Hoodman is just rebranded MxM adaptor. MxR is also good.
If you want to use SDHC safely like SxS (full overcrank) then I’d recommend Sandisk Extreme Class 10.
Other can overcrank with new firmware but it seems Sandisk Extremes are rock solidist.

I updated my EX1r myself without a hitch. Just followed the instructions to the letter. Have been using the Hoodman adapters and 32Gig SDHC card combo and have had no issues. Overcranks just like the SxS cards.
    Cheers,

    Bruce
