SD safe margin in hd space
AE cs4 now offers safe margins for sd within a HD project.
Is the default 35% within HD that AE is offering considered the standard for most network projects? -

You can change the guides.
The default in After Effects CS4 is 30% and 35% for center-cut action-safe and center-cut title-safe. Better (more standard) values are 32.5% and 40%.
