  Scrubbing is slow for what reason??

  Hi,

  Im working on a pretty fast 8 core machine these days,

  But for some reason when I capture my HDV footage from my Sony V1U it scrubs slow and laggy in the timeline.

  I used to capture it into a Macbook pro, and that actually scrubbed more fluidly.

  What could I be doing wrong? Im using standard easy setup for HDV, and when i drop clips into the timeline i will always say yes to change sequence settings to match clip settings.

  Any ideas?
