June 19, 2005 at 9:09 pmI don’t understand. Scrubbing is what you do when you move the playhead forward and backward in the timeline. Do you mean holding K and L or K and J together? What’s scrubbing have to do with the pen tool?

June 19, 2005 at 9:33 pmI understand what you’re saying, but I can’t make that happen. It doesn’t skip, and the application doesn’t crash. It may have to do with the sequence, length, content, material, but I’ve not seen in the month or so we’ve been using v5 on any of the machines we’ve worked on.

June 19, 2005 at 9:43 pmThanks for Your answer,
the same problem is on Apple Discussion:
“when ik use jkl to scrub through tapes, the computer hangs for a minute, this doesnt happen when i use the mouse to move through a tape…
this both happens on files on the internal serial ata as the firewire disk…and olso when i use dv footage…
very annoyingi’m fullly updated and repaired, as wel as trashed…
