Hi,I want to scroll the words of a song one line at a time over still images. In other words, one line would fade up then fade out as the other line fades in. I’m not sure how to do this. Any suggestions? Thanks, Gary

You can use single-sided transitions to make titles fade in and out.

Hi, I’m not sure what you mean? Maybe I didn’t make myself clear. I have a title of about thirty lines. I want one line to fade up at the bottom of the picture and off as another line fades on. I’m not sure how I would do that with transitions. If I cut the title to put the transitions on, each section contains the whole thirty lines. As I said I’m probably not understanding what you mean. Thanks, Gary

You will need to use separate titles for each line.

I cannot think of a way to accomplish what you want to do with a single title in native PPro with any kind of ease.

When I add the lyrics of a song to my moving stills, I make a title (using a template) for each “line” of lyrics. Then, just put them in another track and match them up to each image. I usually just let them fade in and out using the effect controls. Sometimes moving words can get in the way of the images or motions of the images. Hope this helps you.
