Scrolling text with a logo in??

Hi. I’m to do end-credits on a series. And it’s to be the classic scrolling text (scrolling upwards). I do those in Boris Title Crawl. This i have found delivers the best result.

But, theres a firm who wants the logo of the firm in the endcredits. How do i approach this, to give it the best flow? Is there a way to put it into the same flow as the credits? Or do i have to manually motiontrack it?

    Please advise!!! ASAP :p

    Max,

Have a look at the Motion “Credit Tools Tutorial”:

you could create your end credits as a single long and narrow graphic file in photoshop (or even motion…)

2 key frames and you’re up and scrolling…

    Max –

Credits are often a major pain and can take an inordinate amount of time, especially as revised spellings and new names get added with each successive viewing. Because of that I’d suggest buying the $49 CHV Text Collection Plug-in. It includes a specific “credits” plug-in that is, IMO, he best way to do credits in FCP, including the ability to add a graphic file as a part of a rolling credit sequence.

Oddly enough, somebody has already written a plug-in that does that:

    Some years later. 🙂

The alex4d plug-in is good. I tried with a circle form logo. However I modified, it showed a low quality. The lines of the logo was crashed. I couldn’t make it the right way. So, I got back into the basic motion and created the movement there. I was happy to find the alex4d plug-in but it doesn’t work well. So sad.
