  Scrolling text length

  Has something changed with scrolling text in FCS 2? I am trying to adjust length of scrolling text to clip with VO and I can’t start the text where I would like nor end it. Each time I try to change in and out, it readjusts the roll-in and out. In the past, 5.x I would just fit to fill or adjust with in and out in the viewer. It appears I can’t control the roll in or out. I’ve tried with the scrolling text tool, Boris plug in and live type. Not sure what I’m missing.
