Scrolling Text DVD Encore
I am curious to know if anyone here has experience with setting up a menu with scrolling text that can operated by the end user. Is this possible using Encore DVD and if so how?

No, that’s impossible simply because such Flash-like interactive functions are not defined in the DVD specs. Sorry, other than zapping thru buttons you can’t navigate a DVD menu. At best you could fake the behavior by baking this scrolling to the background animation and use “auto-action”, but naturally you will end up with many transitional clips and you will have to build many separate menus.
