script to repair lit pixels
Does anyone know of an After Effects script to repair a lit pixel (CCD) by giving it the color of a pixel next to it?

Rather than a script, you might try duplicating your footage with the lit pixel, then create a 1px by 1px mask around the pixel directly next to the lit one on the top layer of your footage.
Nudge this masked top layer over until it covers the burned pixel, and you should be good to go.
