Script to apply specific transition to all fades/crossfades?

I would like to have a script that enables me to apply the “Cross Blur A only” transition to all fades and crossfades. Is there a script (or script template) that I can use for this? I know of Ctrl+A and drag/drop, but a script would make this slightly easier. Thanks!
