Script Sync Error – Search Error: Database root was invalid.
We’re trying to find a piece of text that is in all the scripts of a project. It’s only this one particular project where I get this error:
Has anyone else ran into this? If I can’t find a solution, I’ll try re-script syncing from scratch.

Is this using shared projects and bins? Can you copy the script files from the other project and replace the ones in this project and try again?

Hello again, Michael. Thank you for replying so fast.
This is an external project, not shared, if that’s what you mean. There is only one project on this workspace. No bins have been exchanged between other projects.
I have tried copying the scripts to another project, but I get the same error. I will reimport the script and re-script sync to see if that fixes the issue. I’ll let you know soon.

It didn’t work.
Fortunately, this is only happening in one small development project. We can work around it with the find “Current Script” option. If I ever fix this issue, I will reply to this thread.
