  Script Sync activation ID – where is it?

  I’m having problems activating ScriptSync and PhraseFind – they are supposed to be included with my Media Composer Ultimate 2024.12 (I have bought a years subscription) but I can’t activate them with AvidLink as I can’t find the activation ID on my Avid Account under ‘My Products’ – there is no info re PhraseFind (Option) ScriptSync (Option) Symphony (Option) on this page. When I launch Media Composer Ultimate these options show as Activated on the splash screen, but when I open the Script menu ScriptSync and PhraseFind are grayed out.
  Any advice on how to fix this?
