  script for positioning a layer relative from the previous layer?

  hi,
  let’s say i have layer 1, positioned at x=10, y=8. i want to make a script that will take layer 2 and it will position relative to layer 1, something like x= (layer1’s position x) + 7 pixels.

  any idea how to do that?
