  Screen Freeze

  This maybe off-topic, as I don’t believe it to be Sony Vegas related issue, per-say.
  Which is why I could not get tech support help. I thought maybe someone might have a related issue.
  Recently, when viewing playback in Vegas, it will freeze.
  At first thought Vegas was at fault, however, then I noticed my media player, JetAudio, would do the same thing.
  I should note two things:
  Vegas and the media player used to work fine
  and
  Because it is my work computer very little else is installed on my PC,
  meaning, I don’t think it is because of something recently installed that is the cause.

  Could this be a “DirectShow” issue?
  If so, how could I resolve it?

  Why call tech support? I can smash my head into a wall without their help.
