    If you’re on a Mac try Screen Snapz Pro from Ambrosia Software.

    There’s another for the Mac that’s free and does a pretty good job. It captures the cursor as well. I think it’s called MovieGrab.

    Visit download.com and enter “screen grab” for the search parameters.

    Some of the freebies only capture the screen and results of clicks, not the actual cursor making a selection.

    If you’re on a PC, try Camtasia Studio 2 from TechSmith…very nice software package.

    snapz on mac and camtasia on PC – can’t get much betta.
