Screen Capture Software
Posted by Aaron Cadieux on January 16, 2008 at 4:21 amAny recommendations for quality screen capture software? Like if I wanted to feature a web site in a commercial?
Thanks.

January 17, 2008 at 3:10 pmOn Windows a lot of people swear by Camtasia or Camtesia, I can never rememeber how they spell it. Beware, these things make HUGE files.
“Oh, you wanted to RECORD that?”

January 18, 2008 at 12:56 amI use Camtasia all the time. It works great.
I usually capture in a higher resolution than the final output so I have the option of “pan, scan and zoom” within AE later.
I haven’t noticed the files to be overly large, but I think the quality is pretty good. It sure beats shooting the screen!
