Hi every one, I v recently seen some music vdeos using a sort of draw on fx, creating monsters and other cool stuff. Here are some examples of what I mean. in the first one the singers teeth and face have a sort of pencil like morph something very similar is also done in the second

I d like to make similar fx on some pieces of footage for a film i m working on but not sure how to go about it, any ideas?

It looks like a combination of toon it or even find edge and masking.
