Scrambled tile effect?
Hello.
I’m new to this whole community, so apologies if I’m posting incorrectly or in the wrong place.
Does anybody know a way to scramble a video?
This is an image from a Telegraphics Photoshop filter showing the desired effect on a still image.
I want to do the same thing to a video.
But I need to apply the effect to dozens of individual videos, so it would be prohibitive to just create a lot of cropped and repositioned layers.Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Motion probably has this or something like it.
