Scoreboard Lights Effect
Does anyone know if this can be done?

I would like to do it with actual little light bulbs so that i can start the camera close to the lights and pull out. I am using 10.5 with mograph and was hoping i could clone a light. Ideally i would like a field of lights, and all of them are off except the ones i need for the textured part. Either a logo or an .avi even.

You can do it by controlling the cloned light color with a Shader effector and then loading your bitmap or movie file/sequence into the shader effector. Just turn on color mode in the shader effector’s properties.
