    Hi,

When I watched the awesome works from Russian studio N3,
I started to make some experiments about creating complex animatic
    sci-fi interfaces.

    here are my inspirations:
    https://vimeo.com/73952984
    https://vimeo.com/73952985

At the beginning I used some basic technics like texturing with alpha channel, creating splines with hair material, little lowpoly clones(mographed) with luminant materials etc… but my post production skills(and rendering for post) is not enough so whatever I made was stucked in the post process.

Any resources which can explain this kind of stuff?
Production technics, rendering, multi passes, post?

About a month a ago I saw a after effects project file which has a smilar aura. I didn’t ask the artist because of he was too busy at that moment. But what I saw is ” lots of different buffer layers and exr. files”. Is this the trick?

    Any help appreciated

    Thank you
