scaling in particle playground
Hello all,
This is probably a very simple problem, which I’ve blown out of all proportion.
I have a scene, animated in flash. Snow is falling throughout the whole sequence, and we have created a layer of straight on snow in ae using particle playground. But my problem is that now I have an upshot, where the snow is falling towards the camera. I have tried tilting the snow plate, but this makes it look horrible and flat. I’m wondering if there is a way in ae to manipulate the particles so that they get bigger as they fall towards the camera? I think I should be using a gradient of black to white as a map to manipulate the scale through time, but am unsure of how to actually make this work…..
All help is greatly appreciated,
Many thanks
Aoife
