If I am feeding a rasterizer, waveform monitor or any sort of scopes an SDI video (switching between multiple video stream sources) a video that has been fed through a scaler and scaled down (or up) to 720p59.94 from its original resolution how will that affect the results in my monitor? Will it be a useless task to check the levels and monitor activity of a live stream if what I am monitoring is not the true broadcast, but rather a scaled version?

    Thank you!
