    Hey all

    I tried searching for this but couldn’t find anything I could adjust for my needs… Quite a simple one really.

    I am looking for a scale up expression where I can control the start and end percentage but the length of time is driven by the layers in and out point.

    Is this doable?

    Cheers

    What do you mean by this, exactly?

    so for example the layer is 10 seconds in duration and the expression would allow me to set the scale start point at 90% and finish at 100% which as the layer is 10 seconds it would take 10 seconds to complete the animation, however if I change the layers duration of the layer to 5 seconds it would complete the scale animation in 5 seconds.

    Does that make sense?

    Thanks for your help

    Ah, OK. Like this:

    sStart = 90;
    sEnd = 100;

    linear(time,inPoint,outPoint,[sStart,sStart],[sEnd,sEnd])
