  Scale to frame size issue

  I am new to Premiere, hopefully this is just me being dumb.

  When I scale a 1080p to frame size to a 720p project, the last frame hops back to it’s original size. Same thing happens if i do any type of scaling to the clip.

  It’s the weirdest thing. Any tips/help would be greatly appreciated.
