Scale stroke &/or outline stroke
Is there a way to scale the point size of the stroke when resizing like you can in Illustrator?
or to transform a thick stroke to outlines?
(ex: to turn a short line into a filled rectangle.) -

Weird! The only way I could get line weight to rescale was only if the line was part of a group and then to scale with the Direct Selection tool using the command key (adding Shift is optional). This did not work when scaling the line object alone or when using the Free Transform tool!! Let me know.
