Parent a null to each object, and scale the nulls.

I don’t fully understand what you want to do.

Do you mean you want to be able to move the 10 selected objects toward or away from the center of the comp uniformly? If you want them arranged in a circular pattern that can expand or contract with changing their scale, look at this
page on geometry, “Circular Placement”, here:

    https://jjgifford.com/expressions/geometry/circular_functions.html

In the Center layer (or a new Null, your choice)setup two Sliders (Effect > Expression Controls > Slider Control), name one “radius” and one “interval”, the hit ee on the Duplicate Me layer, highlight the 80 (second line) and pickwhip to the radius slider. Then highlight the 30 (line 3) and pickwhip to the 30 (line 4). So now when you change the radius slider all the layers with this expression will move toward or away from the center layer. The interval slider controls the spread of the layers around the circle, 36 is equal distribution for 10 objects. Is this what you want? Oh yeah, dup (Ctrl D) the Duplicate Me layer until you get your ten layers.

Sub in your layers for the Duplicate me layers (highlight Alt Drag).
