  Scale First Shape in Repeater

  I’m making a video buffer animation and I have a circle of curved rectangles,( as if you dashed a circular line) and around the circle they fade from white to black. All I want is the white rectangle to be larger so as it animates only the white rectangle is a little bit bigger? Why isn’t this a feature in repeaters?
