  Scale connected (PNG) clip within transparent mask

  Hi there —

  On the main timeline, I’ve got an animated background clip.
  As a connected clip (above), I’ve got a PNG file.

  What I need is a way so I can scale the PNG clip (or apply Alex4D Smooth Move), and it gets zoomed in within the mask, so as I’m zooming in the PNG, the PNG clip gets cropped to the mask dimension (the original PNG size in this case), and the mask edges are transparent so as to see the background clip.

  Update: applying Alex4D _will_ constrain scaling to the clip’s original dimension, but I’d still be happy to lear how to do this with a manual scale edit. TIA.
