  Saving watch folder settings?

  For some reason AME has started crashing on startup. It might go away when I restart the computer but it’ll start again. Resetting the preferences does help but it also deletes my fairly complex inceptionish watch folder setup. So is there anyway to save the watch folder setups to a file or such to easily bring it back when AME freaks out so bad I need to reset it?
