saving video recorded on Sony Memory Recording Unit
Can Vegas save a video recorded on a compact disk with a Sony Memory Recording Unit? Does the vid need to be saved with another program and then copied to Vegas?

Have you tried to use the Device Explorer? (View | Device Explorer) That should import the data directly from the memory unit.
