I have to type several subtitles to insert in a footage, and I could not figure out how to type the first, save, type the second, save, type the third… and so on.
The only way I found to do this is to type the first title, select it, copy it, close the title tool, open the title tool again, paste the copied title, type the second over the first, close the title tool, open it again, paste, etc, etc. It is a tedious task. I remember that in Premiere 1.5 I could save the first, type the second, save, type the third, etc, without closing the title tool. But in Premiere 2.0 I didn’t find the Save option for titles. What’s the workaround here?

Dont copy or duplicate any of the titles. They are embedded into the project and will only cause strange results. What you need to do is make the first one, then when you are done with it hit the make new title based on current title button its on the top left somewhere looks like a T button. Keep working, hit this button again and then change the name of title type up, repeat. Its way faster that saving to update.
